Can't run Mortal Kombat XI on M1 MacBook Air

Hii,
When I try to open MK11 through steam on VM, it give me this weird error. I already reinstalled the parallels tools and do some other stuff I was able to find here. Pls help thx

Hello, Please refer to this KB article: https://kb.parallels.com/114700 to switch the display settings to Scaled or best for external display and check. Thanks, Parallels Team.

Same issue, switching display settings does not help. MK11 only needs Direct X 11, so it's not even related to Parallels' failure to implement Direct X 12 compatibility. Absolutely avoid Parallels unless someone you trust has proven that what you want to do actually works on this platform.

I have switched the display settings and the game works, but it does not load the characters in game and I am stuck with invisible fighters. please help!
