Can't run Parallels Desktop 8 after installation on Mac OS X 10.8.4

I purchased a copy of Parallels Desktop 8 and every time I try to install off of the disc it gives me an error

"Parallels Desktop could not be started.

Please try again. If the problem persists, contact the Parallels support team for assistance.

Problem ID: 15380"

When I try to click on Parallels Desktop in Applications it gives me this error.

"You can't open the application "Parallels Desktop" because it may be damage or incomplete".

I've tried both downloading the latest .dmg file and installing off of the disc and the same error happens.

Only recently noticed the 15380 error, and after a quick search it brought me to the solution.

Open up terminal and type:

sudo su
chmod -R 755 /Applications/Parallels\ Desktop.app

now i see... thanks ... the problem is it didn't solved my problem ... removed everything from my disk with PD ... reboot, reinstall pd8 same problem ...

something is going very wrong there...

After doing that command line he try to init PD8 ... working a lot (CPU Fan gets louder) and after a while...error again

When I open PD again, enter the password after prompt the mistake.
Why?
