Can't see mac files on windows 10 or vice versa using Parallels 10 or 11.

Hi...I have used parallels for 2 years now. I had to install a new Windows 10 version after my Windows 10 Technical preview crashed. I need to access my files that are on the mac from Windows 10. Install went fine. However, I cannot see my files on the windows side like I could before. I have everything configured correctly as before. See screen shots. I upgraded to Parallels 11 and that did not help.

Any help would be appreciated.

Please reinstall Parallels Tools manually and let us know how it works.
