Can't shut parallels down

I was downloading Windows latest patch and my computer froze. I was able to stop the download but now I can't shut down Parallels. I can suspend it but it won't shut down and reboot up.

Any suggestions?

Please terminate Windows Virtual Machine and restart it as suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/6338
