Cant start parallels Desktop : Unable to connect Hard Disk 1

Hi

My Parallel Desktop App crashed today , and i had to kill it.
When trying to restart it again i am getting the following message.

I tried to google for solutions , but nothing relevant comes up in the search.

Please help me ASAP and don't tell me to reinstall my windows, or please tell me how at least to save my data that is on the disk.
