Can't start windows 10 at 13.2 due to not enough disk size and can't reclaim disk size below 256 GB.

I have a macbook pro with macOS Sierra version 10.12.6, with 120 GB disk size.
I have parallels desktop version 13.2.0 installed.
My default settings are Expanding disk and 256 GB for Parallels.
Parallels are continously stealing disk space from my Mac and as soon as I solve the problem by deleting files on my Mac to clear space, then Parallels steal that space.
It is not possible to free any disk space at Parallels.
