Cant start windows 10

I just installed parallels windows 10 for an apple m1 chip mac book. After the installation I got this screen and the continue button does not bring me anywhere, all other buttons work. It did not change after restarting parallels. I am stuck on this screen and I cant use windows 10. I would appreciate an answer and hope to get help.
