Can't start ....

Hello,

I just bought Parells and strange things happen. After installation, I quit. Then push the green button and the system askes me to install windows. Everytime I install windows it ends the same. One way or another the system wants me to reinstall windows, while a full version (and some software) has been installed.

Can anyone help me out
 
Can you give us any more details? I've never seen this before. What version of Parallels are you running, and what computer model? Can you manually search and find the Virtual Machine you have created with Windows (what version, by the way?)?

My first thought is to verify if the VM has been saved to disk. If you can find it, try moving it to another location. I think there are two files you'll need to move. Once you have it in another location, open Parallels and use Open in the File menu to locate and use the your VM.
