Can't Stop Win7 VM From Stopping

I have a VM of Windows 7 that has been in "Stopping" state for days. I quit paralles and restarted it, but when I click ont eh VM, it just returns to its stopping state.

I want to reset the VM and relaunch it. Is there anything I can be trying in the client? The Virtual Machine options are all disabled Except Stop, which is checked, and if I try selecting it again it says the VM can't be stopped becuase it is in the stopping state.

Hi Jeremy,

Many thanks for the advice. Just want to note that Force Quiting the pro_vm_app was not enough and I had to restart the Mac to get Windows 7 back to life
