Can't transfer license

I got myself a new MacBook and I am following the instructions to transfer the license from the old MacBook but to no avail.
When I clicked on "Activate on this Mac", I receive the message that says "Unable to perform the operation. This license key is associated with another Parallels account. Please sign in using this account and try again" as show in the images I uploaded. Can you help me with this?

I just logged out on the old MacBook, after which I was able to activate the license on the new Macbook.

Can't transfer license too, old mac is down cannot deactivate, and trying to activate on new mac with "unable to perform operations" in response
