Can't turn off bouncing icons...

I am running Parallels 9 on a MBP OSX 10.9.3 using Win 7 as the VM. I have followed the steps to disable the bouncing icons feature on Windows alerts but it doesn't work. My MS Outlook icon also bounces for no apparent reason. Any ideas? Thanks much / Jason

Please follow the steps given below and let us know if it helps you.

Go to VM config (http://kb.parallels.com/117287) -> Options -> Applications -> Share Windows applications with Mac ->

Disable the option : Dock icons bounce to alert

On the Mac side click on Apple icon from the System Tray ► System Preference (Mac Side) ► Notifications ► Outlook for Windows ►

Select either Alert or Banner
