Can't update from Parallels desktop 18 to 19

Greetings!
I've been on version 15 for a long time and recently purchased parallels desktop 19 standard edition. However, after the update, I have version 18 installed and when I try to check for updates, an inscription appears that the latest version (18) is installed. In my personal account on the website, I have indicated the purchase of version 19.
Just in case: I have a Mac OS Catalina with an intel processor. However, the website states that this configuration is also compatible with parallels 19.
How do I upgrade to the latest version?

Please note that the latest compatible version of Parallels Desktop compatible with macOS Catalina is Parallels Desktop 18.
The Catalina macOS is not supported by Parallels Desktop 19, and the product installer will set up an earlier product version; support of guest operating systems can be limited. It is recommended to update macOS if possible.
