Can't update

I'm trying to update to build 12092 but I'm getting this error message...

One or more files necessary to update the software are missing.
Contact the Parallels support team for assistance.

I have recently updated my system to 10.6.8 from 10.5.x.
Parallels desktop is running fine.

How can I fix this?

Please try again. Looks like network troubles according to some users reports.
It is still doesn't work - download manually from the parallels site.
