Can't upgrade to windows 10 with parallels 11

    I was using windows 8.1 with bootcamp + parallels.
    Just a day ago bought new parallels 11 and tried to upgrade to windows 10 but it shows same blue screen as 10 times.

    I tried to research and solve on my way so tried up-date all I can do(boot camp, apple software update etc)

    and it still show same.

    What can i do now? I need to use windows ASAP!!!!
