Can't use i1pro2 and X-rite isis on the most update parallels 15

I was using windows 10 in parallels 15 and everything was fine. after mini upgrade, my i1pro2 and and x-rite isis do not work anymore. Even in i1profiler, EFI, and ColorGATE. Any one has the same issue?
 
Hi, Please confirm if the devices are still visible under the Devices -> USB&Bluetooth Menu if not try reconnecting them and check if you do find them under the menu and select them to pass them over to Windows virtual machine. Also, if you do get an error message please do reply us with a screenshot of the error.

Hi any solution to this issue with the i1 tools?
mine is detectable by windows but not possible to install, could someone help?
