Can't use my parallels license key on a new computer

I have a permanent license for parallels 16. Recently I have bought a new computer and have no access to my old computer.
I am trying to install parallels 16 on this new computer. when trying to activate parallels and enter the license key I am receiving a message "this license has reached its activation limit ........".

The quickest way to get this solved is probably to open a support ticket (after logging in to your account on parallels.com). It could take a while for someone from Parallels to see the forum post.
