can't use PD9

Hi,

I'd install a windows through PD9 and it works well, but I can't use it (likely but not sure) after I upgrade MAX OS 10.10 developer preview 6
the issue id is 15381, am using macbook 11" with i7, 8G ram, 512G SSD

I'd try re-start the laptop and re-install the app but isn't work.

Hi Alan,
Please un install Parallels Desktop 9 and reinstall it.
1. Follow the steps suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/116992 to uninstall Parallels Desktop 9.
2. Download it from : www.parallels.com/directdownload/pd9
3. follow the steps as suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/116989 to install it again and let us know how it works.
Once re installing Parallels Desktop 9 you do not need to reinstall Windows or create a new Virtual Machine. You can successfully use your existing Virtual machine.

apres fait une mise a jour vers Sierra impossible de re installer PD9
sur mon mac erreur 15381 .

Please follow the steps provided at http://kb.parallels.com/124001 and check if it works and if it does not work it might be a compatible issue Parallels Desktop 9 does not support Mac OS Sierra. please install Parallels Desktop 13 trial version from www.parallels.com and check if it works.
