can't use the parallels in MacOs BigSur

Hi Team,
I am old user of Parallels and have purchased lifetime subscription but in MacOs BigSur I am unable to install Parallels and its really frustrating because it will download 16 version and in 16, I am not able to use the 12 version subscription. Would you be able to solve my queries because I don't want to spend money again as it is life time subscription.

Hello,
we've checked your account and found permanent Parallels Desktop license.
Unfortunately you cannot activate new version with the previous permanent license key.

Thank you for your reply. But my concerns is I am not able to install on MacOS and it requires newer version and well inn that case what shall I do so that I don't have spent more amount and use the same permanent liscence.

That means you want me to format my newly purchased Mac to older version to run older versions of Parallels Desktop?
But I don't think that is much appreciated to any customer like me.
