Cant verify Agent

What id and password i should key in it's domain user id or computer login id? Because i try both also just get the msg say that " network path not found..." any body can help me to identify this problem? It's my application configuration problem.

I was install it at Windows XP Pro.

2X Application Server, must be installed on a Terminal Server, and NOT on win XP.
