Change email address on profile

Bit poster
Please help me change my email address. When trying to change my email address on the Parallels website account page, it won't accept the change, and instead shows an 'unspecified error' message. Thank you (sorry, don't know where to post this).

Swati, when I click on your name to the left (under the avatar) there is no option to "Start a Conversation" - I only get a box (with the page behind grayed out) which displays your brief profile and status. What am I doing wrong? I have attached an image of the box.
