I'm trying to change the email on my account and receiving the message "Your account email cannot be changed at the moment. Contact support for assistance."
i don't know how to resolve it .

Hello, could you provide us with your Parallels Account email address via the private message?

Hi, unfortunately we didn't find Parallels Account associated with 47**66376@qq.com
Could you create a Parallels Account and let us know once done, then we will be able to move your license to 47**66376@qq.com
