change icon for virtual machine in the launcher menu

how would one change the icon for a virtual machine in the parallels desktop 7 VM launcher menu. I am talking about the OS icon... I have an xubuntu VM but it displays the ubuntu logo and I want to swap it for the xubuntu logo.
 
I know this isnt an important question because it doesnt affect functionality but I would still really like to know if this is possible.
