This has also happened to me.
I'm requesting an urgent cancellation and refund of a Parallels subscription that was charged to my card on
15 May 2025 for
R3,109.91 (listed as
CBA*Parallels on my bank statement).
The account is linked to an old work email address (
jason@anisoptera.io) which has been deactivated and is no longer accessible. Because of this, I'm unable to log into the Parallels dashboard or receive the verification codes needed to manage the subscription myself.
This subscription was originally created to run Windows on my Mac for Power BI. However, I no longer use the product and have repeatedly tried to cancel it without success.
Please cancel the account immediately and process a refund in line with your 30-day policy. I can provide any verification details needed (transaction reference, last 4 digits of the card used, etc.).
