Change of behaviour after update to 10

I recently upgraded to 10 from 9. I let Parallels upgrade itself automatically. Now I am faced with a change of behaviour I don't understand.
Under PD9, I never saw Boot Camp appear as a separate application. I simply clicked on the Parallels icon in the dock, which summoned the Parallels start window: clicking 'start' installed the Windows software and all was well.
Now, however, Parallels is making Boot Camp appear as a separate program, plus I am getting an extra little window called Parallels Desktop Control Center, which I never saw under PD9.
What do I need to do to make PD10 behave the same way that my PD 9 used to, i.e. without summoning Boot Camp?

We understand that you see two Parallels icons appeared at the Mac Dock instead of one, it is a new feature of Parallels Desktop 10. To configure it, please go to Parallels Desktop > Preferences > General Tab > Virtual Machine Dock Icons > You may select between these options OS Icon or Live screenshot, please go through http://kb.parallels.com/122696 to know more about this feature of Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac.
About Parallels Desktop Control Center, it is replaced and combined the Virtual Machine List and the Security Center in Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac, Using Parallels Desktop Control Center you can access your virtual machine's Configuration, Start and Stop your virtual machine and also install the antivirus solution (available for Windows XP - 8.1 virtual machines ony) please go throug http://kb.parallels.com/122698 to know more about this feature of Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac.
 
Thank you. It seems that Parallels 10 behaves differently to version 9.
Please give the developers the following feedback:
  1. I don't like the fact that PD10 is less transparent than PD9. In 9, when I entered Coherence, Parallels as a program disappeared from my screen leaving only the Windows OS windows running: in other words, Parallels did not get in the way. Also there was no sign of Boot Camp. That was good, because I did not need or want to see them. The only indication of Parallels was the icon in the menu bar.
  2. Now in 10, Boot Camp is always visible even in Coherence mode. This is undesirable. It would be better for Boot Camp to be invisible and to make it accessible via the Parallels icon in the menu bar.
  3. The Parallels Desktop Control Center is unnecessary - again, it does not need to be there. Every time I boot Parallels I have to close the Control Center separately because it does nothing useful.
