Change php.ini and my.cnf

    Hello everyone,
    I want change php.in and my.cnf for my web server. I am login with administrator of my domain. but I can't change php.ini and my.cnf because I don't have permission. error: http://chimcat.org/ssh.png
    help me please,

    you have change the grant permission setting for your php.ini file.typically if you use apache server you have to change mod rewrite mode of the apache console to on.you will find it in http.conf file.then find the line allow mod rewrite setting and change the value to 777.thanks
