change web page text/font size

How can I change the size of the text/font on webpages? Using Parallels the text is way to large and this makes it difficult to navigate the web page since I can't see the whole page but have to look at it in sections.
 
is it true for the all fonts in WIndows or only to Browser? if first - install Parallels Tools to enable dynamic resolution. If second - check the browser settings. (press ctrl -)

I found that I could change the page size just by clicking the "square" in upper right side of page.
Simple, haha
