Changing 'Location' kills Parallels

When I have a working Parallels session. The session is running Windows XP. If I change my location through the Apple Menu->Location, my Parallel session hangs. I get the spinning beach ball. It never seems to recover. I have to kill it (twice actually, the first time nothing happens) and start the session again.
Is this a known problem or do I have something misconfigured?

I have been having this problem since Beta 1. There are a couple other threads where it has been mentioned, but no solution yet as far as I know.
