Changing number of cores and sockets

Hello! I need for Parallels to be available to let Windows understand that I am using one socket with several cores.
Seems strange, but I require for a program to be installed, that I have several cores in one socket. Not one core per socket. Is there a way to change this in Parallels last version, and Windows 11?
