Hi, I am charged by VISA-CBA*PARALLELS 492212224545 DE today (July 10, 2026 PHT) and I want a refund since: I've cancelled my subscription months ago I've already closed my account with Parallels I have not used / installed the software on my Mac I had to recreate my account in Parallels using the same Gmail account so that I can create this forum post. I'm not sure why I'm still charged. The payment reference number is #541907256.
