clarification on "Using Parallels Desktop License on several computers"

I'm a bit confused on the information listed here: http://kb.parallels.com/en/4824

According to Parallels End User License Agreement:

http://www.parallels.com/about/eula/

You may use one copy of the Software activated by a license key on a single instance (virtual or physical) owned, leased, or otherwise controlled by you, at a single time.

If you have multiple license keys for the Software, you may make and use as many copies of the Software as you have license keys.

I wish to soon sell off my current mac and buy a new Macbook Pro, and I want to continue using Parallels desktop on my new Macbook Pro. I've already activated Parallels desktop 5 on my old, soon-to-be-sold-off mac. Does the above information mean I have to buy a new license to use Parallels Desktop on my new mac or can I just continue to use Parallels using the same previously bought license?

I'm just a bit confused by the wording. I plan on buying my macbook pro before I sell off my old macbook, so momentarily I'll have two computers, but when I sell off my old Mac, I'll then have one, so does that fulfil the requirements stated above?

Hello,

If you plan to buy a new Mac and continue usign Parallels Desktop you need:

1. Uninstall the software from the to-be-sold Mac before you sell this

2. Install Parallels Desktop onto the new Mac and activate using your current key

If you sell the old one with the software loaded and activated - in this case you would indeed need to purchase a new license for the new Mac. However if you wipe Parallels from the old one before selling this you can use the same copy on the new one.

Thanks! At first I thought activating a license key on a computer bound that key to that computer forever making it useless to use on another. But if all I need to do is uninstall Parallels to use it on another computer works great for me.
