    Hello Group;
    Anyone seeing RAS Windows Client 17.1.21669.0 crashing with June 2020 Windows 10 update (KB 4560959)
    If I remove the update the client runs normally. uninstall/install client did not solve the issue.
    Thanks
    Andrew

    Experiencing what we think is the same issue in version 16.5.20264.0. We're getting the following error in event viewer related to gdi32full.dll:

    Good to know that removing KB4560959 seems to resolve.

    Found references to KB4561608, KB4557957, and KB4561608 (all seem to have been released 06/09) in other forums that point to gdi32full.dll errors of various kinds - not sure they're related, but, just wanted to throw them out as possibilities as well.

    Hello,
    Thanks for the reply...
    Different Client versions but the same updated version of gdi32full.dll which Microsoft updated in KB 4560960.
    KB 4560959 is the Stack update that preps for the monthly update so I'm a little confused why uninstalling it solved the parallels Client to stop crashing, but it works unless it dependant.
    I have 27 remote users using Parallels Client 17.1connected and only one client seems to have this issue after Patch Tuesday's update.
    so it no widespread and is a special case issue.

    Hello,
    Could be a PCL 5 driver issue interacting with gdi32full.dll from this Patch Tuesday, in my case the laptop that was connecting had some old Office 2010 printer objects ( print to onenote, etc) and an old Toshiba printer with a universal driver. I have uninstalled all the local printers and will reapply all Patch Tuesday updates KB 4560959 and KB 4560960 and see if we can add a third workaround to the KB https://kb.parallels.com/en/125027

    I have reinstalled the June 2020 updates and I can confirm removing the local printers does solve the issue.
