Client detection fails with https, works with http

Hello,

I've installed 2X RAS and Web Portal 14.0 on a Windows 2008r2 machine.
Everything works fine as long as no https is used when accessing the web portal, enabling it breaks the client detection.
The SSL certificate is valid, it's a wildcard certificate for our domain.

Example:
http://ts.example.com:81/2XWebPortal/Logon.aspx -> Detects client
https://ts.example.com/2XWebPortal/Logon.aspx -> Fails to detect the client

It worked with 12.0, what has changed?

Please ensure you are running on the latest release of the 2X Cloud Portal as this was identified as an issue and fixed.
