Clipboard History always on top of a full screen app

I use clipboard history to paste several texts from a text app to a document in InDesign, and to paste from the history every time I have to go to the menu bar and click on the Clipboard History icon. I suggest you make an easy-to-change option for the Clipboard History to be always on top of other apps even if they are running in a full-screen mode.
