Clipboard History has the ability to ignore certain applications when copied to the clipboard. However, pinentry-mac (whether adding a symlink or the CLI executable from GPG Tools as /opt/homebrew/bin/pinentry-mac or /usr/local/MacGPG2/libexec/pinentry-mac.app (it also exists in several other locations) to the ignore list crashes the applet, so there's no way to remove the entry via the GUI interface.

    1. This is a bug; adding an item to the ignore list shouldn't crash the app.
    2. I'd like to know where the ignored apps are stored on disk, so that I can manually remove the item until such time as Parallels fixes the bug.

Can anyone help, especially with #2?

    Hi,
Sorry that you have experienced this issue.

    1. Could you kindly please send us a technical report? You can do this by clicking the Settings gear icon on the top right corner, Help > Send Technical Data. Wait for the report to be generated, then click on 'Send Report'. Once sent, click on 'Copy Report ID'. Once you have this ID, please send it to us. This will help us investigate your crash.

    2. The ignored apps can be reset by writing defaults delete com.parallels.toolbox.ClipboardHistory in the terminal. Close clipboard history tool and reopen it and try again.

    thank you
