I've not worked out the entire scenario yet but I'm finding if I copy e.g. a screenshot to the clipboard it often starts as the 2nd item in the clipboard rather than the current and the first item is generally a random item from much lower down the list.
There doesn't appear to be any consistency to it (yet) although it's most notable with screenshots, I have seen it with other data as well.
I'm not sure if it's relevant but I'm using SnagIt 2022 for the screenshots.
