Clipboard issues OS X to Windows 8

I can't seem to get the Clipboard to share between Mac and Windows work even after installing and reinstalling tools.
I just upgraded to Parallels 10, and to be honest, it has been anything but painless.
Any ideas out there?

What is the version of guest OS?
