Clock synchronisation

I have Parallels 11 for MAC on a Macbook Air with EL CAPITAN 10.11.3 with Windows 10 (Family)
Clock is not synchronizing at all, regardless the settings are on "automatic" or " define time zone".
Each time WIN is going to sleep, clock stops. It used to work till 2 weeks ago.
It's up-to-date with El Capitan and WIN 10 updates.

I also have a MacBook Pro with El Capitan and Win 10 PRO without any problems.

Hi, please reinstall Parallels Tools from Action->Reinstall Parallels Tools and also try this article to fix the issue.
