Cloning VM Instructions

I've followed exactly as I understand them the instructions for cloning my VM. However, because the words "Clone" in the three choices that appear are not in dark "print" under the File tab, I am unable to clone my virtual machine. What am I doing incorrectly?

probably, your virtual machine is running when you try to clone VM. Make sure to do it when VM is in stopped state.
