CLOSED: 2X Client Window Not Refreshing

I have been using 2X on my system (server 2003 - 2x is v6 bld421). The end users are all on XP Pro.

The problem is that a group of users are in the UK (we're in the US) and the users in the UK open up 2X and their windows don't show any icons. I log on to the 2X client on my workstation with their credentials and all works perfectly. When the user first loaded 2X all was good, they placed a couple of icons on to their local desktop, those work perfectly; however, they cannot see any of the other apps that are published and refreshing the window does not do anything.

Any ideas?
 
Most probabily the clients are failing to retrieve the list of apps..

Are you using some VPN connection and when they log in the vpn tunnel is not ready, so they fail??

Sorry for such a delay in my replying.

No VPN. They are on our WAN; however, I'm thinking that it is possible that they hit the Domain Controller that's under my desk and not the one in the closet when it happened. That is unless you have any other ideas on what it could be nixiu.

The Server(s) are in the US while the clients in question are in the UK.
 
I guess you DCs are not 100% in sync...

Can you configure a client to connect with DC1 only and another to connect with DC 2 only (May be using active directory sites and services), and check if both clients always get the same application listing..

The issue was indeed the domain controllers. I was in the process of building the one that "WAS" under my desk. Forced a sync and now all problems are resolved.
