Cloud Based File Sharing

I have seen a number of messages about file sharing via utilities like Dropbox, Skydrive and Google drive but I am not 100% clear how I should be tackling my problem....

I have all three of the above drives installed on my Mac and all work fine, as they do with my home computer.

When I use Parallels to start up windows 7 (not boot camp) I also down loaded (mistake?) the various installers for the above file sharing systems. They appeared to work ok but now I know that I am not seeing files put into the windows side in the main folders (mac or web).

So....

I have ,for example, 2 Goggle Drive folders I can access in windows, they are:

[My Name] Google Drive (this I assume is the original windows installation I did of the three programs)

and

'Parallels shared folders, psf, home, Google drive' (which is I assume is the shared folder set up during Parallels 8 installation)

For a Parallels newbie can someone tell me if I am ok to delete the windows folders without actually deleting the files in the master dropbox, Skydrive etc?

What I am want to do is to have one drop, box, Skydrive and Goggle drive on the Macbook air and both mac and windows use the same folder thereby ensuring a common file system and minimize duplication and space.

I would appreciate any guidance and hope that my explanation sparks some recognition in someone!

Richard
