can someone help me with this error?

*primary.connection.de=is a placeholder and changed.
The Parallels Client v16.0.1 is used in a network with a firewall.

Your problem seems to be a configuration issue on the server side.
The server for the item (application or desktop) you published is not accessible via the RAS Gateway. Make sure that both the "Publishing Agent" and the "RAS Gateway" can ping the server(s) specified for your published item.
