Coherence and Windows task bar

Using version 3094 beta 2 on a Mac Pro with dual 20" monitors I run Parallels on 1 monitor and OS X on the main monitor. When I switch to coherence mode, the windows task bar shows up in the middle of the 2nd monitor. How do i move it to the bottom?

Coherence mode with dual monitor setup is indeed problematic and definitely needs more work.
Task bar now tries to span the two monitors and fails or makes bad assumptions. I don't want that behavior.
I prefer the behavior of 3036 where the task bar is limited to one screen.

Please at least provide an option that allows designating one screen for Windows, at least for the task bar and for default window placement.
