Coherence greyed out--reinstalled Parallels Tools and no anti-virus installed

This is Windows 7 Bootcamp (Imported) on Parallels 10. Yesterday, when I installed the VM and imported it, it automatically ran in Coherence. Today I started it up and it's in Windows view. The "Enter Coherence" option in the View menu of Parallels is greyed out. I have never had an antivirus installed on this OS and I just reinstalled Parallels Tools and restarted. Still greyed out.
 
Hi TaqiyyahM,
If the Virtual Machine is in full screen mode, you will not be able to enter Coherence mode, you will have to first exit Full screen and then you will be able to find Enter Coherence mode. If still the Coherence mode is greyed out you will have to re-install Parallels Tools, refer to this article, http://kb.parallels.com/115835
