Coherence Mode Not Working

I am a new user for Parallels. I just got a brand new MacBook Pro (the ones just released last week) and I've installed Windows XP. For some reason when I click on Coherence Mode, nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?

Install parallels tools.
Actions menu at the top->install Parallels tools
