Coherence mode not working

Hello,
When I use to use coherence mode, I would click on the icon in the dock and the windows menu would pop up.
Now when I click on the icon nothing happens,
The only way I can see windows 10 if i exit coherence.
Any ideas ?

Hi @robert15 , please try Actions > Reinstall Parallels tools and check.

 

Hello Arun,
I removed the tools, rebooted, reinstalled and same issue.
If I hold the mouse down on the icon, it says no available windows
