I've had this problem since (I believe) Parallels Desktop 11. Right now I'm running a late 2015 27" iMac with Sierra, Windows 8.1 and Parallels Desktop 12; however, I had the exact same problem on my old 27" iMac running Desktop 12 with Windows 10.
I have one program, a cad program, that I can not resize properly in coherence mode. I can resize the window boundary inward, but where it was is greyed out. I can also resize the window boundary outward, but the anything beyond the previously mentioned "greyed out" area can not be seen.
Also, I can not bring this window to the front without pressing "f3" to view the desktop and then clicking on the window.
Any help or suggestions would be most appreciated.
