coherence mode special short cut

Hello all,
Can't believe how long i've gone without Parallels, even thought about getting a PC just for a few apps... fortunately we dont have to do that anymore!
I have a question - coherence mode for single app was a big draw for me - i saw some reviews where people created special coherence mode shortcut icon in the dock - with the parallels icon in RED, as per below screenshot below.
Anyone know how to create this special coherence mode shortcut with the RED parallels icon please?
