Coherence not open properly

Hi,
I am using Parallels 14 on Mac Mojave to run Mac Sierra as a VM when I try to open coherence it wont fully open and I end up with two taskbars at the top of the screen and the VM dock showing at the bottom can anyone advise how I get coherence to fully open.
