Coherence - Switching between All windows

Hi,

I am having trouble getting switching between all windows working when in Coherence mode.

I can switch between applications in Windows when a Windows application has the focus using ALT-TAB. I can switch between Mac applications, when OS X has the focus, using CMD-TAB.

I'd like CMD+TAB to switch between all windows, OS X and Windows windows.

I have tried mapping keys, enabling Mac OS X shortcuts, etc - can't get it working. Any advice?
 
I read through the article, but it is about Special Symbols. I don't see how the KB article can help with my issue about switching between all applications.
