Coherence won't start after updating to 14

My 'Enter Coherence' option is greyed out after updating to the newest version of Parallels.

Please help.

I am having the same problem.
After update to Parallels 14 I have two problems which may or may not be linked:
1. My 'Enter Coherence' Option is greyed out
2. When I load Windows 10 VM I get the error message "Windows cannot access \\Mac\Home\Desktop"
Both features worked just fine until Parallels updated to version v14; both features are now broken. Very frustrating, please help!

Hi ChrisW25. Please start the virtual machine, select Actions (from the Mac menu bar) -> Reinstall Parallels Tools and make sure that the tools are installed successfully without any error message. Then restart the virtual machine and check if it works fine.
